Please help me finish my App Inventor Android app.

I need someone to finish Android app (App Inventor). I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. My app is probably 80% finished. Just one thing that i cant seem to get right. My app sends information to an email adress by querying a php script on a server, so it does not use the email sharing system (it sends directly without user interaction) I would like to have someone help me just attach a picture to the information that it sends as the app takes a picture via a button that you press....that image I would like to send as well to the email adress . More info will be given. It would be nice if someone can make the app look a bit more professional as well....it looks a bit dull. I can send the project files as well as the phone file. Don't think it will be a big project so let me know how much. Thank you
