Private Web Service

I'm not a programmer so please bare with me, I will explain what I need the best I can.. I use an online CRM for my business. In the CRM I created a work order system for my service trucks. I need to optimize the truck routes and reorder my work orders. I would like to use [login to view URL] to optimize my truck routes. My CRM has the ability to call a REST/JSON web service, however is can not parse the response. The response needs to be a single bit of information for me to use. What I am thinking is to create an intermediate web service. Each one of my work orders would call this web service and give GPS co-ordinates. When done it will tell the intermediate web service the list is complete. The intermediate web service would then call [login to view URL] to optimize the route. Finally, my CRM would call the intermediate web service with each work order co-ordinate and the intermediate service would reply with a route order number. Hopefully this makes sense. If you think you can do this or have a better way please let me know.
