Securing Andriod Bootloader locking Odin Download Mode function.

Looking for a developer who can help me lock my Andriod Bootloader and secrue the Odin download function. Device is a Samsung SM-G900F with TWRP recovery and Kitkat 4.4. The Odin Function on my device can be locked via command stored in the param partition of the filesystem (aBoot). I need this partition to be modified and include the locking command. According to this link [ [login to view URL] ] the work can be carried out (same device). Futhermore I would like the Keymaster for the FDE to be changed to 256bit AES (if possible). Last but not least I want to loose ADB USB function on the device and set usb to charge only. I will supply the ROM files just need somebody to adjust the settings.
