Whatsapp tool

my requirement list for an app called whatsapp tool

which will

1) Message scheduler with auto selection tool

(Which will select 1000 people and send messages per day.)

I have 300,000 contacts

1) Whatsapp have a limit of 1000 messages per day (They might block me if I send more)

2) I will have to use 25 Mobiles to send 1000 messages each day which will be equal to 25,000 messages per day and then I will be able to achieve my target earliest
