Write an iPhone & Android application which overlays user entered data onto pictures

I am looking to hire someone to design and build an iPhone & Android app for me. The design should be clean, fresh and modern. The concept is a health app to support people looking to lose/gain weight which allows users to put their weight loss stats over the top of a motivational image to share with their friends on social media or save to their phone. Once the user opens the app, they are presented with a field of questions (EG Weight last week / Weight this week / weekly weight difference). Once they have entered the data and select 'next' they are presented with a selection of motivational illustrations and images that they can overlay their data with. After selecting one image, the data will automatically be added to the image on specific areas. Once they have done that they can save the photo to their phone or share to social media. There is also an additional tab on the app where there is a variety of health and fitness quotes and motivations over inspiring images which they can either look at to get inspiration, save to their phone, or share on social media. I will supply the illustrations/motivational images. This is a rough idea of the different tabs I envision and some basic functionality: 1) Welcome/loading page 2) Weigh in page - options to enter weight with fixed options. Once you enter in the data for the fixed points, the app overlays the data on a choice of 10/15 images. The images will have a fixed point that the data will be overlayed (same on every image). I will supply the illustrations/images. 3) Motivation - This tab will be 50 images all having motivational quotes and images. I will supply the illustrations/images for these. When the user clicks on the image they are able to save to their phone or share. I have never had an app designed or built before, so will need a developer/designer team that is able to explain things in basic terms. I may also need you to upload to the app store for me depending on how difficult this is as I haven't done this before. I just have a passion for health and fitness and want to motivate others.
