we would like to deal with a company that have a good experience in mobile applications, we would like to have an mobile application that will provide us with the following options 1- Multiple language :- flexibility for admin to add any language. Admin can upload data and translate through file translator. Currently the project will start with English and Arabic. Languages added to the app later will be Turkish, Russian , Italian, Spanish, Dutch ..etc.. 2- Accessible on all devices android, IoS 3- The CMS should be flexible for admin to update the contents which will be displayed on the mobile application 5- Mobile app interactive feature i) Registration form to view certain research papers uploaded by the company ii) Receive newsletters iii) General view will have gallery of images and videos, testimonials, clientele references , about the company, office location and awards and certification of the company. Subscription. a)User requires to fill form and subscribe to purchase the standards uploaded by the company b) These standards are updated depending on page wise or book wise. c) provide the interface for admin to upload the standard and receive alerts when any book/standard is purchased. d) subscription will be for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Once the renewal is due an automated alert is to be sent to the admin and the client for renewing the contract. e) user can opt to either purchase a soft copy of hard copy. Select the language in which the standards are required. The cost is per language per standard. i) at the time of purchase, user will add to the cart the standards required and the automated calculation will display the amount to be paid online. f) these standards are only in Read view mode. User cannot print screen, should be encrypted file, cannot download. Subscribed user can only view and read the standards. Digital rights management to be implemented. g) admin can also add the discounted rate to the standards if purchased from a particular time period set. Admin will have access to change the costing of the standards. h) Search Engine capability inside the standards. These standards when downloaded can be searched. the standards will be in form of ebook , the page contents can be magnified and searched as per users requirements. I) alerts sent to users if there is a new or updated standard is uploaded through the CMS. v) The mobile app will also allow adverts on the interface. Admin will select the time period from and to for the display timeline of the advert. Should give reports to the Admin on the banner adverts displayed on the mobile application vi) require statistics based on IP address as to from which location the standards are being downloaded. Statistics on number of users and the number of times of downloads of the standards.
