Xamarin application

I need a xamarin version of my current application Need xamarin form highly compatible with andriod and ios. This application is just designed to get me started developing using xamarin This application should be able to download files using web server or connect to a local database on the same network through tcp/ip. This application should be also able to play audio files and video files downloaded from the webserver This application should have a login screen, a menu and a close button Code should be well commented and there should be a document to help developer starting to code in xamarin I have attached a pdf with the basic design
