Install and confogure template on joomla site

Looking for a freelancer to install a tempalte on my website.
configure moduls and plugins, and some encoding.
my site have online shop (hikashp) and while
-- previous gut tried to install and reinstall and now i cant upload the template and get error of "Package Uninstall: Missing manifest file."- that should be fixed as well
Front page to include all current plugins (slider, latest news, photo gallery, etc.) need to add recent facebook posts plugin (dont have any)
Also, theres a popup message inviting guests to register mailing list, popup is too "heavy" and takes time to load, should be fixed. also fix the popup template.
