Golang Microservice structure

Golang 1.10 or latter, mongodb, mysql vue js ( react as optional ), the project is mid to large, it may be done with more than 1 freelancer, Im not in a rush, im looking for quallaty and clean Golang cide with best routers, Im learning Goland and gRPC, the project was quoted before for $1,200.00 for the hole project estructure. but im looking fir individuals that can work on each part of my project separeted, mile stones and price as we agree so the budget here is for the hole project ok not each part. in USD $1,200.00
