Marketplace App with AR capabilities

Basic marketplace functionality allowing buyers to locate the product to purchase based on search criteria (geography, description, etc). Aggregation of purchases across multiple sellers. Integrated chat features for buyers/sellers. Secure transactions, account setup and dashboards for buyers and sellers, admin panel to monitor and review transactions, collect fees. Sellers can list quickly by taking a picture and adding basic information that drives the search features. Products may be purchased for a period of time and then resisted once it's available again; this may require some automated scheduling functionality, automated re-listing or reminders to assist the seller to re-list. Ability to pay extra for sellers to promote their product. Cost out a supplemental webpage, may have to complete this part at a later date.
A few enhancements on the app: 1. Augmented reality to measure spaces/sizes that will be added to the listing 2. Inclusion of api demographic data sources (the sources will vary) Interested to hear anticipated costs and expected timeline as I have a basic idea but the costs for the enhancements are unclear. Please feel free to ask questions.

c. Require address and/or latitude longitude coordinates
i. Google Maps API
d. Flexible selling dates - fixed, recurring, renewals
e. AR to measure spaces
f. For multiple points, tap on screen
3. Create availability dates/windows
Buyers
1. Find listings by search criteria:
a. Type
b. Location - zip code, city/state, within a radius of…, draw space on a map
c. Demographic api data sets - initial app will not include, will have to add in later
2. Aggregate purchases
3. Securely purchase by EFT, CC, Apple Pay, etc
4. Dashboard of purchases, timeframes, renewals, campaigns (phase 2)
5. Phase 2 Alerts for new opportunities based on history, preferences
6. Phase 2 Build campaigns
7. Phase 2 API capabilities to export data
