Hi! Orphaned how - posts no longer existing or plugins/theme no longer existing? For the latter there's no easy way of doing this. What do you call "the usual SQL", please provide the SQL statmenets, to make sure your timing out is not due to errors in teh sql itselfand if it's even proper for the intended outcome. There's plenty of ways to cross-fit that table, buit all depends on if you are looking for one-time or multi-time gig, so please elaborate further on that, please. Regards, Dobri

Hello there, honestly to clean the orphaned data is the kind of cleaning data and stardardization. Within MySQL there's timeout configuration we can set it up but cleansing all the data orphaned from 145M rows is not a good idea, i think we should split into each bucket and process for each bucket so that we can control the quality also the timeout process.
