Good day, I can setup the site to site VPN and the L2TP client but it cannot authenticate your Office 365 users, if you have a Windows server on site then it is possible to authenticate the users from your Windows server. easily achievable, all we need is the public IP's of each site and the ISP should make sure that the correct ports aren't blocked. Regarding the office 365 settings, I'm not sure. We would have to make sure LDAP could be configured.
