node.js based Subscription model Web Application for Restaurants

We want to make a web application which can be accessed by restaurant customers in 2 ways: 1. Through their website OR 2. By scanning the QR code placed on each table inside the restaurant. If the customer scans the QR Code then the weblink opens automatically in the browser where the complete menu is shown to the customer digitally. The customer can select his order from menu and pay digitally. If there is service system (using waiters) in the restaurant then the customer can input his table number (written below the QR Code on table) so the waiter knows where to deliver the order. If the restaurant is "self-serviced", then the customer will need not to enter the table number and order anyway, and he he will be allocated a order number which can be seen at his mobile screen and the order will be shown directly to the restaurant admin so they can start preparing the food and as soon as his order is ready, a buzzer will start beeping on his phone so the customer could know that his order is ready and he can pick up. There shall be a feature so people can pre-order the food by selecting date and time so when they reach the restaurant their food is ready and they don't have to wait for the food. This feature can be implemented for both, takeaways and dine in. We want high scalability and it must be based on node.js We want to make a subscription based product that we can sell to different restaurants.
