Our client, an American leading company to integrate APIS for B2B and B2C, is looking for a native English Sales Engineer to work at his office based in [login to view URL] company is looking for a Sales Engineer to add high value to the pre-sales customer experience and help customers succeed with their API program. There are tons of new prospects who need a hand in understanding their product, as well as customers who need to be accompanied during the initial setup of their API Management solution provided by client. Your responsibility will be to speak of the product value to both technical staff and business [login to view URL]:• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science or related field.• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or a similar role.• 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales or customer-facing role.• Deep understanding of Web and API architecture.• Conversant in common Internet technologies and protocols (HTTP, SSL, OAuth, REST, JSON, XML, etc), understanding the pros and cons of each.• Experience in coding, use of APIs/web services and associated tools.• Strong understanding of SaaS, multi-tenant solutions as compared to on-premise software.• Familiarity with NGINX, Varnish a [login to view URL] & Responsibilities:• Perform technical demos and presentations for customers, partners, and prospects as the subject matter expert.• Be the technical expert on 3scale’s product offerings during all phases of the sales process.• Accompany customers through the initial setup phase of their API Management solution delivered by 3scale.• Understand customer pain points and actively engage them for technical needs.• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer audience, including C-level executives and technical staff.• Deliver reactive technical support• Create reusable demo tools to improve the ability to communicate 3scale’s value at a technical level.• Work closely with the support and engineering teams in forecasting and allocating resources for new prospects requests & requirements.• Provide feedback and business intelligence to sales, support and product engineering teamsSkills & Abilities• Strong learner and capable of coming up to speed quickly on technologies.• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple prospect calls, RFP/RFI’s, SOW’s, meetings, and any follow up items, ensuring a timely and professional response.• Problem solving skills: ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action, engage relevant prospect/customer teams to design solutions using 3scale.• Dig in and be hands on in learning our product and services• Integrity and credibility• Listening and Interpretive skills• Confident, resilient, and persuasive• Excellent follow up• Takes initiative• Goal OrientedIf you are native English speaker and consider that your profile matches with this requirements, feel free to send me your updated CV in Word!-
