We are currently looking for a Service Desk Technician to work for our IT Department:<br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><br />- Service Desk level 2 technician to manage Incident, Problem and Standard Requests<br />- He should be capable of troubleshooting issues in the most common office applications, on Windows and Apple operating systems, and also take care of requests from different projects<br /><br /><strong>We offer</strong><br /><br />-Full-time and permanent contract (6 months+permanent contract)<br />-Shift: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 19.00<br />-Salary: 19.500 -23.000Euros gross/year (negotiable depending on the profile)<br /><br /><strong>Requirements</strong><br /><br />-High level of English and Spanish<br />- At least 2 years of experience working as a helpdesk technician (Level 2)<br />- Experience providing support in multimedia, telecommunications or IT infrastructure products/services<br />- Good knowledge of Windows and Apple<br />- Desirable Microsoft certifications MCSE/MCSA<br />- Good communication skills<br />- An organized person, capable of managing many tasks, prioritizing and reaching milestones and targeted goals<br /><br />***The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnic, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation.***
