Highly skilled iOS Emoji App Developer

I need someone who is very experienced in coding for iOS to create a feature rich emoji/stickers/gif app. Requirements -Someone who has experience creating emoji/stickers/gif apps -Create the app so that it is able to fully integrate with Apples' existing emoji keyboard. -Someone who has illustration and graphic design experience -Someone who can not only program, but can also do the UI design -Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products -Someone who can create the app to be used across all social media platforms -Experienced programmer needed, with at least 3 emoji apps in Apps Store that I will can preview Needs to be able to communicate with us via English. Must be conversationally fluent. Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Must be willing to Skype to discuss requirements, questions, concerns Must be willing to satisfy 100% Project Description: -Create an iOS Emoji App with the following requirements: -Create an Emoji iPhone app that is able to fully integrate with Apples' existing emoji keyboard. -be able to illustrate emojis based off our requirements -The application is to work on iPad & iPhone. -Allows In-app purchases -Create screen shots, App store icon, and other graphics necessary for submission. -Submit the app to App Store for approval.
