Clean, restore and upgrade hacked CRE Loaded Shopping Cart

One of my clients websites has had their CRE Loaded Shopping Cart (next generation of OSCommerce) hacked and is now showing php code on some of the pages. Also it's not possible to login from the backend.
I have suspended the site to prevent further damage. [url removed, login to view]
I require a freelancer to clean and restore the website, and then apply any upgrades and patches to secure it again.
I will unsuspend the the site for a couple of hours soon so that freelancers can view damage.
