ETSY ASSISTANT NEEDED

I'm looking for someone to assist me with my ETSY account in posting new ads and such. Must be profiecient in the following areas... - Very Familliar with ETSY and working within it's Management side. - Very Familliar with ETSY Ad Postings. Most of my ads will be simple copy and paste from one account to another however from time to time you may be required to create verbiage that catches the attentioin of the buyer and is written in excellent English grammar!!!!! - Some light photoshop work may be required such as cropping images, changing their size, or clipping the image from it's current background and placing it over another for a unique new look. - SEO is a plus. ETSY allows for keyword use so it's helpful if you are familliar with how to hunt down excellent keywords from other sellers on ETSY that are getting their ads shown in front (first place position) and copying that over into our ads to get us there as well. These are just some of the type of works I'll need help with between my two ETSY sites and although I can and am willing to help show you how to use certain tools or how to do certain things, I don't have the time for long lessons if you aren't a fast learner. I really need you to be capable of writting out ads in native English grammar so it doesn't appear to have been written by someone outside of the USA. How you bid is up to you. Because there will be random jobs from time to time I'm leaving this part open to discussion on first finding the best person for this long term project but of course looking for the best deal possible. I'm open to discussing "Piece work" where you are paid by each individual job requested after we agree upon a price to do the work, we can discuss "Hourly Wage" provided you are a very fast worker because I'm not looking to be taken advantage of (of course) anymore than you would want to be or you can let me know if you have another option? Right now I'm just looking at talking to freelancers to see if this is the type of job I could use someones help with and to see if I can find someone with the right abilities to do what I need done. I'm open to talk for the time being but am hoping to hire someone within a weeks period.
