Photoshop My Images, Then Make into GIFs

I have about 160 images that need to be turned into approximately 55 different GIFs. The images are of Pilates exercises (see attached files), but the problem is sometimes the transition in the GIF from one photo to the next is off a little bit (see this: [login to view URL]). I need the photos of each exercise to line up perfectly so it makes a seamless transition as a GIF. Most of the photos need only very slight nudging or resizing, while a small handful of others need some patching of a couple photos together because the machine may have gotten cut off. I have the images organized so it is easy to understand (see attached file). Once the photos of each exercise line up perfectly, I then need them turned into individual GIFs.
