I run a website selling clothing which we customise with customers logos and designs. I need someone to respond create artwork proofs for new orders and respond to any customer enquiries we receive in regards to new or existing business. If there are new sales on the website you must create an artwork proof to send to the customer. This artwork proof illustrates the logo that the customer has provided onto the garment that they have selected. I will provide the template for the Artwork Proof and also the instructions and log in password to download the matching image for the item that the customer has ordered. To edit the Artwork Proof template you will need to use Adobe Illustrator, and sometimes Adobe Photoshop to remove the background of the item purchased or the logo. You must place the logo in the located that the customer has selected for example Left Chest or Big Back. You may have to remove the background or white sections from the logo uploaded by the customer prior to superimposing the logo on the product image. The location of each placement is on each order on the website. Each item can only have one logo location however there may be several different logo locations within a single order for example a customer may have ordered to have a Left Chest logo application on the T-Shirt and a Big Back logo application on the Hoody. Once you have created the relevant number of Artwork Proofs for each item in a customers order you must email the proofs to the customer and await approval. If the customer requests any changes to be made to the artwork proof you must amend the proof to their specification but typically most customers approve the artwork in the first instance. To create an artwork proof only takes a few minutes. Once an artwork proof has been confirmed you must add the item(s) to an order on the suppliers website. You MUST add the correct SKU, colour and size variation that a customer has ordered. You must ensure that the entirety of a customers order is reserved as this holds the stock for our order. Checkout should be completed ensuring that all pending orders have been ordered. If there have been no orders on the website there is no need to order anything from the suppliers website. Once you have placed an order you must now place an order for the appropriate logo application. There are two types of logo application, Embroidery or Printed. Printed applications must be in vector format and Embroidery formats must be in DST format. I obtain the services of Fiverr freelancers and place orders with two freelancers. For embroidery designs Big Back logos and complicated logos cost more than the usual Fiverr price. For printed designs I need the image converted into vector format and then made print ready by adding cutlines and a bleed to each colour where necessary. I have a Roland BN-20 print and cutter. If you can vectorise logos then that would be best as I would not need to place an order with the Fiverr freelancer for that service and could instead pay you for that service. Once a design file has been provide you must forward the file over to the person in my business currently taking care of production via email entitled with the customer name, order number and application type and location. This requires a decent command of the English language and a degree of attention to detail but it isn't anything too taxing and I literally provide everything needed such as the templates for the artwork proof, download destination for all images, all logins etc. Some days there are no orders as currently our advertising budget is quite low as we are dealing with a small backlog of orders. To create an artwork proof takes me a few minutes so I would not expect more than an hour a day.

Hi I am a 19-year-old CS student and I would love to get involved with this I read your description thoroughly and I think I am fit for this job I can easily create the artwork proof that you require, manage orders and send emails. I am very good at using photoshop and can easily remove background and if the customer sends in an artwork that not quite right for printing i.e its dimensions I can recreate the whole thing to fit you need to get it printed. Hello, I think the project was posted earlier also. If you have not selected your freelancer yet, kindly consider me. I would be able to edit Artwork Proof template using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to remove the background. Only thing is I'm not sure about vectorise logos but I can try that using Illustrator. Hi, I would be very interested in completing your project. Over a year ago I became interested in graphic design and have had a few projects designing labels, logos (including transparent logos and handwriting) and banners and would really love to get more experience and time using the adobe software I have.
