Knowledgebase website

I am looking for a building dynamic website like one below for to document some of work /known issue at my work for personal use so that I will have this for reference later if needed. Looking for template/theme like this, Go to this site and save this template using save-as option [login to view URL] Use following technologies PHP/MYSQL/AJAX/Jquery or any other relevent Description. I will have 2 catogories 1. KnowledgeBase(100) a. WLS(10) b. SOA(80) c. WLST(5) d. JVM(5) 2. Known issues a. WLS(10) b. SOA(80) c. WLST(5) d. JVM(5) Both of these should be *configurable* through admin I will have 2 types of uses, One with admin previlages will have option to *create/edit/delete KnowledgeBase/Known issues* articles ** Under admin display the artciles in grid like this...(I WILL BUY THIS CODE, You need to plug this into code) [login to view URL] *** Each Knowledge Base/Known issues articles will have following fields Knowledge_Base 1..Name/title(Text Box) 2. Category(Combo select)(1. KnowledgeBase 2. Known issues 3...) 3. Sub-Category(Combo) 4. Description( Text Area with formating tools option) *** I should be able to include java or some other code in article description using syntax highlighter as well, this is just CSS tags, We can do it later also [login to view URL] **** 5. Tags(for now text box, with comma seperated. This used for search) 6. Attachment(any file) 7. comments( Each article can have multiple comments, like blog) 8. Public/private(CheckBox). If marked private, this would not be visible to non-admin user 9. Publish(Check box) : This would mark the article complete and visible for search by non-admin user ******** have preview of the page before submit************** For search, I would prefer to use this, But formating has to be in line with viber theme. Display top 10 search in page, rest provide paging( 1, 2,3 .....n) [login to view URL] If you have better option Thats also fine. Search will be based on title,Description and Tags on both Knowledge_Base. For both knowledge base and known issues ,use same table Knowledge_Base right now I dont need user registration, On admin just provide option to create a user with previlages(admin and non admin) USE AJAX WHEREVER POSSIBLE with Beautiful Forms This has most what I am looking for except subCategory option, We can use this code and Plug this into viber template([login to view URL]). I will buy this code so that you dont need to write from scrach [login to view URL]
