Development Team for .asp, asp.NET, foxpro - Long Term

We have a custom built ecommerce/website platform through which we sell our products. This has been developed over the past 10 years with an in-house developer. We are looking for a team ??" not just an individual - who can continue this development. We want to make sure that your company itself has been around long enough to show us that you will continue to be around for the forseeable future. We have all of our products sitting in a FoxPro-based software called "SBT" which communicates in real time with our shopping cart. In addition to our shopping cart, we have many content-only pages, each which is static .asp or .html page (i.e. not pulling from database). We have many automated processes for various functions. -We are looking to convert our content-only pages into a CMS. This CMS should encompass both content, AND the ecommerce side of things. But our site has many pages and is too hard to globally update anymore -Aside from that major task, we want you to learn and understand our entire system, to improve existing functions, develop new, related ones, and be able to fix things when problems arise. In this first stage of our relationship, I ask you to provide a low bid which will cover your analysis of our system, to show me that you are able to grasp and work with it, and to make sure that you WANT to work with (I know that working in someone else's code is not always enjoyable). Also, please let me know what your hourly rate is, because we will have a rolling list of tasks and projects, and will have to work hourly. We are fine paying always through Rent A Coder, using "Instant Bonus" feature. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
