*** THIS PROJECT IS OPEN TO US/CANADA/PUERTO RICO RESIDENTS ONLY *** Upon successful bidding/"hiring" of a Programmer, the following will be certified mailed to you/your company: [-] Non-Disclosure Agreement [-] Non-Compete/Non-Competition Agreement The Non-Disclosure Agreement will be sent, after which it is signed notarized (I will pay necessary costs for notarization), the full in detail project description will be disclosed to you. The "Non-Compete/Non-Competition Agreement" will simply state that you cannot sell the idea to another individual/entity nor can you perform coding for another individual/entity in which would be considered competition to my project/website/business. Because of these two very vital documents and the process in which they are to be handled, I seek only a US, Canada or Puerto Rico resident so they can be professionally and easily enforced, should the situation arise. *************************************************************** I have the need for a "Feedback System" to be implemented, however, it will of course have a unique twist to it. The hosting hosting provider has not been chosen, as to give you the programmer the ultimate flexibility. If you prefer PHP/MySQL, then the chosen bidder will receive a hosting company which fully supports PHP/MySQL (latest versions if at all possible). If you prefer ASP/SQL, then the chosen bidder will receive a hosting company which fully support ASP/SQL (latest versions if at all possible). C/C++ programming is necessary. You will create a small client run TSR (Terminate Stay Ready -- or whatever todays Windows equivalent is called) utility which will perform an undefined number of functions (under 5) upon key combination activation. With this utility you -must- be familiar (or can easily adapt/implement) a 256 bit AES encryption method. Furthermore, it will need to transfer data files to a server. If you specialty is client side programming, then please post in the PMB. If your specialty is web programming, then please post in the PMB. Please indicate which one you are proficient in (if not both). If need be I will create a seperate project just for the aforementioned "TSR"/Program. The PHP/MySQL or ASP/SQL system designed should be able to support the existing 100,000+ users. You are expected to be proficient with or can easily adapt/implement PayPal payment methods for a subsection of this project (may not be necessarilly related). Because of the sensativity to this project, full details simply cannot be given in an open/public medium, nor will such full details be disclosed in the PMB. Only candidates (you will be made aware of who you are) will have the opportunity (albeit not guaranteed) to receive full project details after proper NDA/NCA documentation is settled. I am aware due to a slightly vague description, an absolute accurate project cost cannot be composed. Though, because I seek individuals/businesses whom are professional, I expect a professional quote to be given. There is an extremely high chance the chosen programmer will remain the programmer of this project (and the website in which it is to be implemented to) for long term. So, please do not only bid on this project with that knowledge, though, knowing you will most likely (conditions always apply -- only if your work is unsatisfactory will you not be chosen for long term) be expected for a long term relationship (ie. continuous updates, changes, etc.). You MUST provide your portfolio via PMB. All payments will be handled via Escrow and no "sign-up" bonuses or advances will be made unless I am thoroughly impressed by your VERIFIABLE portfolio. The chosen programmer should keep an open mind to consider the possibility of receiving payments/salary of up to 5% of the net profits received, to be paid quarterly. If you are not interested in a long term relationship (such relationship will most likely be contract work -- this is not a notification of promised full time work) then please, do not consider this project what-so-ever. I plan to get rich from this project and the website it will be implemented on. Unfortunately, it takes money to make money -- something I am not plentiful in. Though I have the ideas, the motivation and determination to make this project successful. I wont get paid anything persuing my dream, though you will. So, either way you have nothing to lose.
