Buyers and Music Owners must create an account to hear more. After the song owner’s account is created, the song owner (writer) electronically signs contract that reads they own all rights to song posted on Website. They are then guided to upload each song one by one, (WAV or MP3 format) filling out questions about each song, including name: genre, (we provide a simple checklist of genres they check). This will be matched to our buyers questionaire so the appropriate songs come up during a buyer’s search. The song owner continues to list the song name, song writers, publishers, performing rights organization to which they belong, simple key words that describe the song, an upload “lyric” spot to copy and paste (or in PDF) and an extra place to additionally describe the song. They are allowed one graphic to post under their account, graphic appears for all their songs. Song owner will not pay anything to upload their music and not membership fee. Here is the most important part: When song owner upload the song, the website will add a water mark to the song for preview (the original song without water mark will be available after purchase) Such music, has a repeated beep noise or says "Sample Sample". Which are watermarked with a voice saying “sample” over it to avoid song theft again. We provide a genre list - the buyer checks from our list, all the potential songs come up Reads ‘License this now” If they say yes, a questionaire comes up with a checklist of their intended use for the song, example (movie, tv show, commercial, recording artist, product or game, regional or national or worldwide). The price comes up based the matching of our provided price sheet. The appropriate contract comes up they electronically sign (up to 5 categories) This has all information, the name of the song they licensed, the writers, the publishers, the performing rights organization which the writer belongs), (pick this info up from when the writer uploaded the song) The buyer (licensee) pays via Paypal. Then buyer can download the song without the watermark, receiving their contract. We are emailed each sale that went through. So does the writers, with a “congratulations you made a sale email”.
