iPhone and Android app, Style Creation Software and Website.

I am the holder of a brand new US patent relating to a new method of generating ring tones, and of real time music performance. I need a small team of great programmers to make it a reality. The iphone app will involve triggering .wav files via numbers on the touchscreen, while other .wav files play in the background, according to my patented formula. Android App is the same as iPhone app, with the added feature of sounding .wav files during incoming calls (this is currently impossible on iPhone OS). Downloadable style creation software will allow musicians to create new styles for the app via easy graphic user interface. Interface is a sequencer timeline, showing where .wav files play in time, tempo, etc. Style creation users must answer questions to allow software to decide which .wav files go with which other .wav files. Style creation software is a downloadable program that runs locally on user's computer, must be Mac OS X and PC compatible. Finally, a website will allow customers to audition various styles, will direct them to the correct store for purchase, will allow them to download style creation software. I will create all graphics and supply them to you as needed. I am currently working on a detailed flowchart of the entire system. Please explain your experience with iPhone, Android, music sequencer, and/or web design.
