Web Construction, Creativity & Programming, I am currently in the process of developing 4 specialist websites and seek IT professionals of a high standard and reliability to work with me in making the projects successful. 2 of the projects are my own sites focusing in the real estate industry, and the other 2 sites are for associate clients requiring site construction using graphics and portal like interactivity with some special features. There will be a need for the successful applicant to posses good communication skills and to be available online every day (time difference not an issue). Attention to detail and the ability to deliver professional and competitive edge work is essential. A solid stream of good quality and varied future work will be forthcoming and therefore I'm keen to start working with the right people with solid IT skills and creativity,- this initial work will be your opportunity to shine! The 2 real estate sites that I am creating are simple designs worked from an existing site from a Templatemonster plate. One requires some PHP script work with search features and auction type script interactivity. The other site needs some practical and quick loading jpeg library features and some flash. They're quite straightforward in design and shouldn't pose too much work for a suitable IT pro. Of the other 2 sites one is for a legal consultant, and the other a community style portal with a difference and will require community auction, portal, link building and blog/forum (with ads) features with an emphasis on user friendliness and stylish presentation. Some copywriting, article sourcing and SEO will be required. Quotes should include an allowance for 90 days of support after completion to ensure smooth running and maximized site performance, therefore anyone with the following skill attributes would be very favourably considered as our website design and site management options could be improved if we had access to skills in,- php, scripts, java, flash, .net, joomla, cold fusion, C/C++, eCommerce, basically speaking,- a wide range of professional IT abilities covering most application requirements. If you have any experience in real estate or legal areas that would be a bonus. The dollar bid value here isn't as relevant as is the level of interest and willingness to participate in a professional manner and produce a quality outcome,- so it certainly won't be a matter of the lowest bids being the most attractive although cost effectiveness is important. The successful bidder must be willing to enter into an absolute ?non disclosure and privacy agreement? as well as a 2 year ?non- compete agreement? as the intellectual property information that the successful bidder will have privileged access to cannot be broadcast, and the sites produced can not be resold or used on subsequent competitor sites at all. I am not in a rush to complete these works and have set aside a timeframe of 60 to 90 days to get the sites all finished, debugged and launched.
