Magento Datafeed Import Setup and Automation - Magmi -- 2

This project is only for expert Magento developers. This needs to be done with MagMi for speed and efficiency. [login to view URL] I will provide the data feeds. Here are the requirements: 1) Products automatically import (from FTP site) and update from a data feed (.txt) into Magento website every day at 12am. If there are new products, they need to be added in automatically. If a product is removed from the datafeed, it needs to be removed from the website. The product txt feed will contain: ITEM NAME DESCRIPTION BRAND TITLE GENDER RETAIL PRICE IMAGE URL QTY An example would be this: 400042 OBSESSION by Calvin Klein Launched by the design house of Calvin Klein in 1985, OBSESSION is classified as a refreshing, oriental fragrance. This feminine scent possesses a blend of vanilla, amber, orange blossom, oakmoss and other oriental spices. It is recommended for daytime wear. As per above, the name should be OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz. As oz are an imperial measurement, I need this converted to metric. So the title once this is done should be OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz / 100ml 3) The ITEM column of the datafeed will become the SKU in Magento. The NAME needs to be merged and converted with the TITLE (as above) and that will become the product name in Magento. DESCRIPTION will become the Long Description in Magento. BRAND will become Manufacturer in Magento. TITLE will be Short Description in Magento. GENDER will be Gender in Magento. RETAIL will be the Price in Magento. PRICE will be the cost in Magento. The Special Price in Magento will need to be (PRICE x 1.2) x 1.1. IMAGE will need to be imported and will become the image for that product in Magento, Base, Small and Thumbnail. URL will be a hidden attribute only to be seen in the admin. Qty is irrelevant as stock will not be managed. 4) 2 new attributes will need to be created in Magento and the TITLE column of the datafeed will have the required information. One will be Product Type - in the example above, the Product Type would be Eau De Parfum Spray. Size will need to be created, and in this example it would be 3.4 oz / 100ml - it will need to show oz and ml. 5) Images need to be automatically renamed. For example: if ID: 400042 has the product name "OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz" the image [login to view URL] must be automatically renamed to [login to view URL] If a product is removed from the datafeed and hence removed from the site, the image will need to be removed as well so the server is not clogged with images. 6) Meta Information will need to be automatically filled for each product. For example: Meta Title: OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz (also metric conversion) Meta Keywords: OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz Meta Description: Buy "OBSESSION by Calvin Klein - Eau De Parfum Spray 3.4 oz" from [login to view URL] 7) Whenever the Magento site is updated for the product, the products on the website should keep the categories and images they have been assigned to according to the ID. 8) Updating Magento in the future will not affect any of these automation processes. 9) MagMi needs to be password protected so it cannot be accessed by anyone other than the password holder. 10) Magmi profile must be able to complete all this within 30 minutes at midnight each night, apart from the initial upload which will take some time longer I imagine. Development is to be done on your server until it is working perfectly. No payment will be made until it is working completely.
