Need a website built in HTML (with possible minor Flash Highlights) w/ Database similar to <[login to view URL]>. Database needs to have individual username and password and there will be three types of access: 1. guest, 2. affiliate, 3. admin. Users must be able to download files. Administrator must be able to upload files, photos, links, documents, .swf files, html, streaming video via html, windows media player, flash (.swf) files. Admin must be able to add javascript pop html windows for streaming video from <[login to view URL]>. New Design must be clean, professional similar to <[login to view URL]> (login: guest, password: dream) w/ color scheme of <[login to view URL]>.
