Complete a 90% complete Game Portal and Java Card Game

Hi, I have developed a game portal and a java card game using php, mysql and JSP. The site is 90% functional but it needs to have some peer review, design changes and coding to add some functionalities/fix some bugs. The original purpose of the game site was to create a portal just like Yahoo Games or any other game portals with the same functionalities: Listing scores, users on line, invite, boot, etc. In addition to playing the game against BOTS as well as people. Most of these functionalities are embedded in the current code but some are buggy or incorrect. I need someone to review the game/site and then correct all these problem. The full source code and game requirements would be released to the winning bidder.
