We are beta users of the new Google Analytics program. We have read all the documentation on things like "cross-channel tracking" and "Destination URL auto-tracking" but are not 100% sure which to choose or how to implement it.
If you are our ideal coder, you are already familiar with both Google Adwords AND Google Analytics. You can guide us with tracking code setup to help us put the right codes in the right places.
This would include:
* Advising us on whether to use Cross-Channel or Auto-Tagging or ....?
* Setting up the Cross-Channel Tracking at Google Analytics
(1) for our Google AdWords campaigns (we've already linked to it in Analytics)
(2) for one of our Yahoo PPC campaigns
* Identifying the correct code to be installed on all our sales domains. (We think we know what the code should be, but want someone who is an expert to confirm it. We'll install and upload it ourselves.)
* Identifying the correct code and/or steps for us to install ANALYTICS tracking code at Yahoo PPC. (Note that this is NOT the same as Yahoo's "Conversion Counter" code. We will install the code at Yahoo Search ourselves.)
* Adding the correct code to our thank you page at 1ShoppingCart
For someone who has already done this for another client, this should be quite straightforward and fast.
Thanks for your time in considering this project.
