Flash Marketing Brochure Implementation and Customization

This project requires skilled flash designer and flash developer with knowledge of actionscript. My primary objective is to offer up a VERY easy to use marketing tool to the members of my website at www.vacationrentaldirect.com. They have taken the time to upload pictures, create property descriptions, list amenities, etc.. so I would like to use all of that database information to create a dynamic flash marketing tool, that they can use both on their website listing and at my site. They will also be provided with an embed code so that the flash tool can be embedded on their personal website, blog or myspace page. I found this flash component for flash page flip and would purchase it for use on my site. [url removed, login to view] it seems to have all the necessary dynamic components that it could be used with my application? Flash developer would be required to develop 3 different "templates" of the page-flip with different themes. Data would be drawn from SQL database and there would need to be an interface to allow users to edit data. manage pictures, etc.. within flash application. Users would need to ability to make changes when necessary (via admin tool) and once marketing tool is complete, users would need to be presented with an embed code allowing application to be embedded on their person website, myspace page or blog. Tool must be easy to use and administer for end users. Only highly ranked flash developers should bid.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
