High quality Web-Site Design + Script integration

Hello to all coders! I am currently working on my hosting company, and so I need a web designer to help me create a complete cutting edge website. This may include modifying a pre-made template and integrating a shopping cart to match that layout. Couple other scripts might be used, such as:live chat , forum , knowledge base ... Bottom line is: i will try to provide everything needed to successfully make this site! I BUY ALL SCRIPTS REQUIRED. all you do is integrate them into the design that we will come up with. You must have good experience with web design - I only accept high quality work (photoshop/3d/flash) There might be a flash header involved, so good flash skills also required. Basically what i am looking for is for somebody or a firm to come up with a high quality website for my hosting company plus install a couple of php scripts to make the site totally operational and organized. Experience with the hosting industry preffered! Local (USA) coders preffered. But if you can make yourself available during mid day + nights than this job is for you too ;) Instant messenger communication is a must (yahoo/msn/aim ..) Also, This job might be a little low budget.. but i do promise one thing: Give me your best and i will give you what you deserve in terms of BONUES and proposing other jobs exlusively to you ;) Now, let me hear from all you skilled designers out there!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

3)Must be good at the folowing programs: PHOTOSHOP 7/CS , FLASH MX, JAVASCRIPT, PHP , HTML of course .. 4)Good experience with the hosting industry. 5)High quality designers only! 6) Good organizational skills
