First and foremost there are some points I want to get across that bidder MUST agree to before bidding on this project. 1. Bidder should not rely on payment from me to pay their workers. Bidder should have enough financial resources to take care of employees without relying on project payment. 2. ALL money will be paid through GAF escrow payments and FULL amount of project will be placed in escrow. Payment WILL NOT be released until project is complete (we can work out option to pay 50% at halfway point and 50% upon completion) 3. Project MUST have a dedicated team of developers (who are not working on other projects) who will work fully on this and only this project. 4. Project MUST be completed upon time frame quoted by bidder. I will deduct money for each week over quoted time frame so bidder must know how long it will take them. 5. Bidder must have prior experience in creating such a social networkng site and examples MUST be sent to me for my evaluation. 6. Communication is very important and updates MUST be given to me weekly (by email) detailing how progress is going. 7. Highly skilled FLASH designer is needed. If developer is not above average in Flash work please DO NOT BID. If you can agree to these above terms, please read below and bid on project accordingly. I need a skilled and qualified web designer to help me create a photo and video sharing website that will allow users to upload photos and video with simplicity and ease. The site will have a blog section where the users of the site can create new blogs as well as personal profile pages where they can customize and manage their content. The site will run extensively on Flash so programmer will need to have a very strong knowledge of Flash. The site should also let one upload from their PC, Macintosh, mobile phone or any device that can send email. Users should be able to either share their photos or keep them private. Guests will not be required to sign up for the service to view the photos, even if it is shared to them privately. The site will automatically publishes user media in RSS/XML feeds, make it podcast compatible and allow users to embed it anywhere on the Web. There will be an option for businesses to sign up on the site and create custom advertising pages for their business. They will be able to contact other members of the site and so forth. The site will also have live video/t.v. streaming so developer should have knowledge of creating video streaming. I will have examples and detailed documents available for bidder of what exactly I am looking for once the winning bidder is selected.
