Build a 'Top 10' Affiliate Marketing Website

I am looking for a 'Top 10' Affiliate Marketing review website based on the most popular online shopping websites (eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, etc). I am thinking something along the lines of [login to view URL], but more modern, clean and user friendly. The website would include at least 11 pages (1 home page and then 1 review page per 'Top Ten' website which is being reviewed). This project will include the design of a logo and unique template. This should not be too difficult, however I do not have the time to do it myself. I am willing to pay well and give you design flexibility to ensure that you produce a quality website that will attract and engage visitors. The address of the site will be www.online-shopping-comparison.com. Please feel free to use the name however you like in the creation of a logo, banner, background etc. This project will involve research and data entry on your part as I am paying for a full-service, fully complete website. To win this project, I would expect that you have outstanding English and Literacy skills and are able to research, select and write a decent review about each of what you/the internet deems to be the 'top 10' online ecommerce retailers. The expected turn-around for this project is no more than 2 weeks. The website needs to display/have the ability to display Google AdSense, Amazon, eBay, etc Advertisements and must be compatible for me to add my own php and javascript code.
