Create Wordpress Site with Specific Theme and Wishlist

I am in the process of building a wordpress membership site. I am using the Headlines theme and am using Wishlist to administer the Wordpress memberships. I need someone to build the site for me with the correct structure. I need several pages/categories/posts/tags created with professional graphics on each page. My budget is around $50 for this project. I'd like the site to mimic the structure and style of another well known site. [login to view URL] You will need to be an expert in using Wishlist, the Headlines Theme and Wordpress in general. You also need good graphic capabilities to create graphics for the site in general as well as posts like you see here: [login to view URL] Furthermore, you will need to know CSS. Here are the pages I need created:- Home Page with many items in its sidebar such as access to: Articles, Free Premium Posts, Login, Join Page, Contact / Support, Opt in Form and Affiliates page. All of these links need to be created with pro graphics as you see on the above site. This includes the title, subtitle and any other relevant buttons and graphics. You also need to create pages such as, Non Members page, Resources page, Terms and Conditions, Privacy, About, Sitemap, Forum (with setup). The titles, subtitles and graphics for each page will be made with my approval for the words or graphics used. I will provide the titles. You simply need to create them in Photoshop and apply them to the page. Some pages will be full width while others will be with the WP sidebar. This is a function of the theme template. There are a couple of other minor things which I'll mention later. You'll be working closely with me to get this entire site structure complete after which the only thing remaining would be for me to provide the actual content (which I'll do on my own). For this, you really do need to have experience with Wishlist, Headlines and Graphics along with WP competency. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Must work on Live Wordpress Blog and update in real time.
