567425 Fixing image upload and insertion issues

My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. The site has 69 active plugins. Thje site has issues with images than need to be fixed: 1. When I upload a large image,I often get http error. Nevertheless sometime the image is uploaded to the library, despite the error message. I need this fixed. 2. When I try to insert an image into a post, not all the image sizes are clickable. Sometime only some or none are clickable.I want all the image sizes to work. See [login to view URL] The project should be completed within 48 hours of being awarded the project. The work will be done on a test site, and when successful done on a live site. Freelancer will allow for 72 hours testing, after completing his job, before getting paid.
