phpfox website design help

Hello; I'm in look of a phpfox programmer to help me with a rather large project I'm undertaking. I'm in need of a person or a team to undertake this job. You must have not only programming skills but just as importantly design skills. So unless you have both these skills please don't apply - I'm trying to keep this work to one team. First on my list is the design - I need: Header design - This is very important for us and must be really responsive and well designed. There will be a main menu and a menu under it with 3 banner type buttons. The main menu will have a pop up menu that shoes all categories under that menu option. (example: music category will pop out a larger menu showing all the different categories and all our other things that have to do with music. Landing page design: This page needs to be beautiful and very well designed. It will consist of: Header menu, large banner area smaller 3 part banner under main banner. a video player with all the featured videos to pick from. audio player with featured audio to pick from . and footer. Video section page. I need this fully re-designed from what comes standard with phpfox. I would like to mimic youtube for this page with one key difference - I want people to be able to continue searching the video section as their video is playing. Audio Section: I would like to also completely re-design this area as well. same as video section accept audio player instead of video player. I would like for my customers to be able audio while still surfing the whole site not just the audio section. This is just a beginning project. If I'm satisfied with your work on this one you will be the one to help me with this website all the way through - Please don't apply if you don't have strong design skills and programming skills. Later I will be needing some advanced programming in order to do what I want with the site.
