Token-based Template Web Page Design Work for Next BIG THING!

I am looking for someone to design professional looking web page templates for a niche site builder software we are releasing in a few weeks. You can read about it here: <[login to view URL]> These templates will be token based. I am attaching a list of the various tokens. However, NOT ALL of the token functions will be included on every page. Here is what I am looking for. **HOME PAGE DESIGN** will include: #HEADER_IMAGE#, $$META_KEYWORD$$, $$PAGE_TITLE$$, $$ARTICLE_TITLE$$, $$ARTICLE_CONTENT$$, #SILO_NAV_MENU#, $$SILO_NEXT_NODE_LINK$$, $$PPC/S$$, $$Copywrite$$, $$Contact$$ Optional Elements: $$ARTICLE_AUTHOR$$, $$ARTICLE_SNIPPET/S$$, $$RSSFEED/S$$, $$IMAGE/S$$, $$AUDIO$$, $$VIDEO$$ **INTERIOR PAGES** will include: #HEADER_IMAGE#, $$META_KEYWORD$$, $$PAGE_TITLE$$, $$ARTICLE_TITLE$$, $$ARTICLE_CONTENT$$, #SILO_NAV_MENU#, $$SILO_NEXT_NODE_LINK$$, $$PPC/S$$, $$Copywrite$$, $$Contact$$ Optional Elements: $$ARTICLE_AUTHOR$$, $$ARTICLE_SNIPPET/S$$, $$RSSFEED/S$$, $$IMAGE/S$$, $$COMMENTS$$, $$AUDIO_CLIP$$, $$VIDEO_CLIP$$, $$AUDIO$$, $$VIDEO$$ **PRODUCT PAGES** will include: #HEADER_IMAGE#, $$META_KEYWORD$$, $$PAGE_TITLE$$, $$Product_Name$$, $$Product_Img$$, $$Terms$$ - If the product is for sale: $$Price$$, $$OrderLink$$ and/or $$OrderHTML$$ - If the product is for free: $$Rights$$, $$Plink1$$ (download link/s) Optional Elements: Other $$Plink/s$$ (These might be used for products that have reseller files or multiple audio files etc.) I would like these templates to be as professional looking as possible. I am attaching as well a couple of templates that you can use as models. They do not have anywhere near the number of tokens that we will have, but just so you get an idea of the kind of quality I am looking for. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Our users are going to be given their choice of hundreds of different theme based headers. These headers are 750 x 250 pixels in size. The images that they can select from are 250 x 250 pixels in size. I am deliberately not providing prefab templates with the headers and images already in place because I really want each user generated site to be as individual as possible, given that is will be software generated:-) So... what I am looking for is a highly talented, creative individual, who is experienced in designing web pages with tokens and who can create for me 3 - 5 different template options for HOME PAGES, 3 - 5 different template options for INTERIOR PAGES and 1 - 2 different template options for PRODUCT PAGES, based on the above criteria. These templates will be in html format. I need this work completed as soon as possible.
