Update a Drupal Website with a Couple New Features

I'm looking for a highly qualified Drupal professional that has at least 3-4 years of experience that can do the following tasks for me in the shortest time possible: 1. Install and configure this new PHP / Drupal website with a MySQL backend. This is the first step - to create a working development environment on my development server. I will also need you to create a new admin account so I can login to the system for testing purposes. 2. Install the Drupal "Survey Builder" plugin ([login to view URL]) within this website so I can then configure the survey questions to make the survey functionality work. Anyway, I require somebody who can provide me with the technical support that I need to ensure that this survey functionality is fully functional. 3. Create 3 Excel Exports on the website so that I can extract the raw data from the MySQL database. Once I have access to this Drupal system, I will then provide you with the technical specifications as to what fields are exactly required to make these 3 exports work. 4. Create a custom Grid webpage so that I could view, sort, filter and search the data that's within the MySQL database. Yes, you must be able to duplicate the look and feel of this website on the new pages - so some html/css design skills are required. And that's it - this isn't a very difficult project - but, if you do a really good job on this project, then I'll have additional work for you in the future.
