Small wordpress changes

Hello I need 2 small changes made to my website, I already have it design and almost ready but need to make some changes to the nav tabs, basically add a background picture for them, this can easily be done with some CSS, I just don't have the time to do it, this is a really fast and easy job for someone who has the skills in CSS to do it. I will upload a picture of what I need done, copying from another site that has exactly what I need. (See picture attached) Also the website I am emulating is [login to view URL] and my test site at the moment is [login to view URL] The theme I am using is U-Design, for wordpress 2. My gallery for some reason is not displaying the thumbnail that's different from the actual image, so essentially what I need is to display a specific thumbnail and when people click on it it displays the actual picture (different from thumbnail) I understand this is an error in the CSS of theme. Please only post if you have the necessary skills, I don't have the time to wait for someone to figure things out as they go. The price is $50, this shouldn't take more than an hour for someone who knows what they are doing. Thanks
