We need a site just like t o r r e n t s p y (dot) com

basically, their site tracks torrents for a vast database of file, but if you notice they do not actually host any of the torrents themselves, because then that would be illegal.

We would like a site just like that, where we wont host it.

We're not sure how you'll do this, but you are the programmer and should be able to figure out how to do it.

Also, we'd want you to crawl and load their db into ours.

Please note that we need this done CORRECTLY, AS ASKED!

Any good programmers will be reused for future projects!
