Linux Desktop / Server (ipconfig and cms) setup

I need someone who can remotely setup my Linux box for me. I can set up most of it but I need help with these things. I had Windows 7 on my computers, I really didn't like it. So I installed linux on a different patition of the drive. I mounted the drive in linux so i can copy all of the files to the linux partition. But I want to be able to delete the windows partition, after recovering my files, and add it to the Linux Partition. Small tasks I will need performed.. installation of a free opensource control panel.. eg webmin.. Flash player plugin installed for firefox. I have it installed but it still asks me to be download the plugin while im doing it. I need my wine instalation checked to se if it works properly if not i need it fixed.. if it is working some advice on using it would be nice.. I can install Mysql Php apache ettc.. so i really wont be needing much help in that area but what im shady on is im running off of a router with dynamic ip right now so i need to figure out if theres a way to do that. Price really shouldnt be that high. I just explained in detail what was going on here, its not as much work as it looks. I'm only 19 and I only make 5 bucks an hour! So i cant afford too much if you think you can help me please post oh and i couldnt figure out how to set up a folder on my desktop to connecto to another server i pay for online in the ftp menu it only said FTP (with login) but it only asked for a username, no password ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE IS NOT A PART OF THE PROJECT I AM CURRENTLY POSTING ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ *****FOR YOUR INFORMATION***** PS: IN THE NEXT MONTH OR TWO I ALSO BE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PROGRAM A SIMPLE SCRIPT FOR A WEBSITE. THIS WOULD INVOLVE MOSTLY PHP, FFMPEG, FFMPEGPHP, AND AJAX I BELIEVE. THE WEBSITE IS SIMPLE. ANONYMOUS MEDIA HOSTING. ZIPPED FILES, IMAGES, AND VIDEOS. ALL WITHOUT USER REGISTRATION. THE VIDEOS WOULD HAVE TO BE CONVERTED TO PLAY IN JW [login to view URL] THE OUTPUT WOULD HAVE TO BE ABLE TO BE PLAYED ON THAT PAGE WITH EMBEDD LINKS ETC. THREE DIFFERENT SECTIONS IMAGES, VIDEO, AND EVERYTHING ELSE. ALL UPLOADS WOULD BE PLACES IN DB, BECAUSE I WOULD LIKE TO IMPLIMENT A FILE LIST WITH A SEARCH FEATURE, BUT ALSO AN OPTION FOR USERS UPLOADS NOT TO BE ADDED TO THE FILE LIST... im so sorry for the caps im blind and i dont want to type it all again sorry. anyway so we could kill two birds with one stone here if i could get someone with knowledge in all the fields help me with this first project and then i could use you again next time.
