Client side voice recording - Flash interface Needs to be able to record voice - and playback users voice greeting. When user is finished, Encoder must compress/encode the recorded voice file into our audio format. (We will provide the encoding engine) Newly compressed/encoded voice information must be uploaded to MusicSend server Uploaded voice will be given a unique ID and attached to song dedication. Upon play of song dedication, uploaded voice data must be played first - then the song will be played. MusicSend audio player - Flash interface / Html Streaming audio using Flash and/or Java enabled browser Player must play client attached voice file before song dedication is [login to view URL] number of times the song can be played must be limited. We must have the flexibility to control of the number of plays each song dedication plays. Users must be able to select low or high bandwidth, and have the ability to change their selection. (Currently, a cookie is deployed and makes it difficult for novice users to re- select) Flash player must have the ability to stream non-MP3 audio (32-128kbs). This is the same audio format used in Java enabled browser. Flash player must be easily editable by MusicSend. **A beta version of Java enabled browser player is completed. We need to finalize this. Flow (Flash) 1) Flash interface is deployed from MusicSend servers 2) Client receives interface 3) Client makes song selection 4) Client is prompted to make a voice dedication 5) Voice dedication is recorded on client side and must playback in Flash interface 6) When client is satisfied with his/her recorded voice dedication, client will be prompted to send the dedication 7) Voice dedication must be compressed / encoded for upload 8) Voice dedication must be attached to client’s song selection 9) Song selection and voice dedication information must then be passed to MusicSend’s database for email delivery. 10) Sent data must have a TTL of 45 days. 11) Played song dedication must have a TTL of 1 play Voice Attachment Page The Voice Attachment Page will serve the following functions: 1.
