46544 website game: flash or java

I need a simple but fun web game in flash or java with a medical theme that will encourage visitors to my website to come back and invite their friends to visit. Let me know your ideas but we had a few: 1) a surgery type game where u have to remove/add organs and not touch the borders all the while the patient is making comical comments. 2) Or running around obstacles with a patient cart or a wheel chair avoiding ex-girlfriends, angry patients and "the director", while nurses give you certain bonuses. The target audience are doctors applying to an educational training program. Please share your estimations for the above ideas and maybe you have some new ideas as well. This is a professional site so things should be fun and humourous but tasteful. Perhaps the game could even post high scores (simple mysql db for high scores) thanks
