WordPress Layout

Hello, I am in need of a WordPress layout based off a design already done. The layout will include the use of several Flash / SWF elements which are already complete. I will also need several other pages for the site, not all of which will be wordpress, some html. I will need the site to look and feel the same on both IE and Firefox (Opera, Safari 3, and Netscape a huge plus). I have already begun designing the site based off a template but getting it perfect is driving me insane as I am just a designer. I will need a functioning site based off my designs. Easy to understand or explained code so I will know how to update images and swf files. The site will contain 5-6 pages. The blog should be WordPress ,php, and the other pages will probably be html &/or CSS. Someone with a lot of WordPress experience would be best as I will have questions about SEO and best practices. I may need help installing some widgets and plugins as well but nothing extensive. Also, I will need placeholders for the ads. See the .zip for the visual layout. Thanks for your time. I think it will be a smooth project for most. I have a good deal of understanding about the project but lack the practice of a solid developer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working WordPress website as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This WordPress layout needs to run on IE 6&7 and Firefox 2 identically. Opera and Safari a huge plus though there may be minor differences.
