Coder wanted to finish Chat Website

Hi there Freelancer, I am building a chatsite with a mobile and desktop version and require the services of the web page coder fluent in PHP, JavaScript/Jquery, HTML, MySQL… The site has already been converted from Photoshop to HTML/JavaScript and only requires the functions to be hand coded…no CMSs (Drupal, WordPress). MY SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL -be fluent at english and willing to report to me daily on their progress (must organise a time that is suitable for both) -check with me prior to commencing each section to ensure they understand what is required -let me know if they are having any problems -a creative thinker who is willing to suggest better ways of accomplishing things than what I have suggested PROJECT REQUIREMENTS There are a lot of areas that need to be coded but to balance it out, you could ... 1) code a functions section to reduce the amount the recoding 2) code the project so changing database details is done in one place SAMPLE OF PROJECT FUNCTIONS -Insert/Update data in MySQL database using HTML form -Code the project with secure practices e.g. validate input, protect the admin a/c & password, verify form posts etc -Upload images to website -Autosuggest box -Building Statistic Graphs using Database Data -Posting Messages without Refreshing Browser (AJAX) -Sending a text message to a mobile phone using an SMS Api -Confirming that a payment has been made using PayPal's IPN -Vanity URLs I have broken my project up into 10 stages. WHAT I PROVIDE -Each stage is documented with screenshots, explanations, flow charts, case diagrams and a checklist (which I have provided as an attachment) -I will make myself available so you can talk to me if you are unsure about anything and would like an explanation -On time and guaranteed payment at the end of each of the 10 stages of my project so you don't have to wait till the end to get paid I will provide further documentation to bidders whose bid falls within my budget.
