Help finish up a basic CMS

Need someone to help me finish up a basic CMS that is already functional & in use. 80% of the work involves minor enhancements to make the pages work in a desired fashion that is already in use in one of the C.M.S. pages. Once desired fashion is achieved in one page the rest of the job will be copy and paste it. E.g. I have installed PHP scripts that function work well but need a little tweaking to work well with the CMS. E.g. When you click Delete photo, I want a pop out window to confirm delete action See attached PDF for complete description I also want a update php script replaced with AJAX script for quick updating. I could have finished job in an extra day but I don't have the time now. I will give qualifying provider access to server Good provider will qualify for more future work. Looking for low bid & good portfolio of web design, php,ajax, java script work. Thanks.
