Javascript coder

I need a kick-ass Javascript coder!! You need to be very, very, good with Javascript. You also need to know PHP, and MySQL rather well. It will be helpful if you understand MVC (Model View Controller), and Smarty! I need a guy that has a LOT of time, OR a person that will work for me for a LOOOOOONG time. Months, years... I am happy to work with any kind of financial arrangement from hourly to per project basis. Alongwith your bid, please include links to past work. The very first project is quite tiny actually. I need you to implement tagging on my website. We actually even have some open source code for it that you can use. The next project will require you to inherit a very cool web application, which you wil enhance, bug-fix, and make it all browser compatible. Pricing has to be in the outsourced price point coming out of India, Romania, Ukraine etc. I will entertain professional vendors too. NO PLACEHOLDER BIDS. I will like to have VOICE conversations on a ongoing basis. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
