Web Site Log In - Member Validation

I have a beautifully designed site that has standard HTML pages as the front end, Word Press as the back end, and I need to add "within" one of the HTML pages a LOGIN script for the WORD PRESS and a MEMBER VALIDATION SCRIPT "within" another HTML page. The LOGIN is fairly simple, it is using WordPress login, simply imbedded within an HTML page vs the WORD PRESS THEME pages. Basically, I do not want regular site visitors to even find the word press installation pages unless that have a LOG IN already assigned to them. As for the MEMBER validation.... this would be very simple however I want security scripts on the PAGES so that they can not be copied by site visitors. The STEPS in which a site visitor would be able to check on a MEMBER status. 1. They would visit the main [login to view URL] page on the site. 2. There would be a HYPERLINK on that page that says... CHECK ID STATUS 3. When they click on that link, a NEW HTML page would open and a data field BOX would be there for them to enter an ID # they wish to validate as being in the system. If they enter a correct "valid" code, the system will take them to another HTML page that has imbedded an IMAGE showing the member's profile. NO TEXT, nothing for search engines to find, just an IMAGE that contains the member's profile in static graphic form. IF they enter a BAD ID CODE, meaning if they are are trying to spam our system or scrap data, etc. The script you write must record their IP address and deposit a cookie on their computer which keeps them from visiting or seeing the website for 30 days. I am not sure whether to run this via MYSQL or another process. There would be 1000 active IDs issued for the site with 1000 graphic image profiles that would need to be stored on the website, however in a file that can not be accessed by anyone without having the correct ID code.
