The following requirements should be meet:

-high rate in freelancer website

-there are a lot of instructions you have to do + your look and feel.

-Payments on milestones (NO Payment InADVANCE just Milestones)

-when we award the project you have provide us project plan within 1 day

-maximum 10 days to complete the project.

-Maximum Budget 250$

-you have to be communicated with us via skype.

-Please include this word "Arab" in your bid .

- give us daily updates for your progress.

-you have to provide Mockup/PSD files for the design to approve before functional/developing stage.
